Since I started back at work this week, it’s time again to stock up on convenience foods – I only have 30 minutes to eat. Today it was a can of Campbell’s homestyle butternut squash soup, half an avocado with lemon juice and pepper, ice water, and 2 squares of dark chocolate for dessert. It was a filling combination .
The only thing I forgot was a REAL soup spoon, so I had to sip it with a Spork from the school cafeteria. I couldn’t shovel it in fast enough!
Any ideas on healthy, on-the-go-minimally-processed lunch ideas would be appreciated!!
